1. Guest & Child Policy
- Infants & Toddlers: Children under the age of five (5) years stay complimentary.
- Children: Children between five (5) and ten (10) years of age will be charged 50% of the applicable tariff.
- Adults: Children above ten (10) years of age are categorized as adults and will be charged the full tariff rate.
2. Property & Amenity Rules
- Pool Usage: Pool timings are strictly restricted from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Campfire & Music: Music played during campfires must cease at 10:00 PM. Only light music is permitted after 10:00 PM.
- Catering: Starters are available upon request and will incur an additional cost.
3. Check-In & Verification
- Identification: Guests are required to present valid identification proof at the time of check-in.
- Visual Verification: Photos and videos of the stay and rooms will be provided prior to advance payment. Guests are advised not to make any payment if these are not provided.
- Flexible Timings: Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and will incur additional charges.
4. Environmental & Conduct Guidelines
- Natural Surroundings: This property offers a nature-based stay experience. As it is surrounded by nature, small and harmless insects may occasionally be present.
- Property Care: Guests are requested to maintain the property well and strictly follow all homestay guidelines.
- Environmental Protection: Harming nature or littering is strictly prohibited. Waste must be disposed of responsibly in the designated dustbins provided.
